The goal is to keep the original rendering in the graphical installer
for the time being (See: #873462).

util/gen-hd-image uses sfdisk when creating SD card images for armhf
systems, and starting with util-linux 2.29.2-3 it is split out from
util-linux into a separate, non-essential "fdisk" package:

We created orion5x-qnap for stretch (with gpgv1.4-udeb instead of the
gpgv built from gnupg2) but there are no plans to support this beyond
stretch.

Let's use the appropriate wording from now on (replacing “Linux kernel
version” with “Linux kernel ABI”).

This is a no-op change, except for the timestamp since it is used to
detect whenever the translation status file hasn't been updated in a
while.

The installer binary size has grown over time and now exceeds the
predefined SD card partition size for the netboot build on armhf.
The hd-media image just tightly fits for now but will probably
outgrow the available space in the near future as well.

Increasing the partition size from ~40MB to ~50MB for both netboot
and hd-media would probably solve the issue for some time, but
during discussing the bug on debian-boot it has been proposed to
increase the size to ~100MB to ease the debugging process when
testing d-i images with alternate kernels.  As the resulting
increase in compressed binary size (~60kB) and write time to the
target (a few seconds) are insignificant and such a change makes
the debugging easier, the raw image size gets increased to ~100MB.

Since the previous compound statements would fail under “set -e” with an
undefined/empty variable.

This makes sure one catches any issues. In particular, the “Disk full”
emitted for some images like A10-OLinuXino-Lime (See: #864260).

The OpenRD images have been restored in 2016.11+dfsg1-4.

non-gtk-path entries for speech should be removed when the image is *not* a
pure-gtk image, not when it is.

so that text entries have shortcuts too, for people with a Braille device
for instance.
