Add machine db entry for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (Closes: #1106381)

I have tested only on the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.5 board.

The other revisions were added based on the Raspberry Pi revision code list: https://github.com/raspberrypi/documentation/blob/develop/documentation/asciidoc/computers/raspberry-pi/revision-codes.adoc
