hw-detect.sh: install open-vm-tools when running under VMware Virtual Platform

Christian Ehrhardt requested to merge paelzer-guest/hw-detect:auto-install-open-vm-tools into master

Per suggestion in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=782287#35 detection and installation of open-vm-tools can be much simpler using dmi dmi as exposed by the kernel.
