Make /boot optional with an override

Luca Boccassi requested to merge bluca/partman-crypto:boot_optional into master

Instead of failing, ask the user to confirm they want to continue without /boot. It is not necessary to have a separate /boot/ when using systemd-boot/UKI as the ESP is used instead.
