graphics: Remove Debian 12 branding

Simon McVittie requested to merge smcv/rootskel-gtk:wip/smcv/not-12 into master

The version of debian-installer in testing/unstable installs testing/unstable, so it's better if it's visually distinguishable from the Debian 12 installer. Until Debian 13 branding is available, use the Debian 12 graphics but delete the "12".
