bterm ignores fbcon on the kernel cmdline, so skip it if fbcon=font: or fbcon=rotate: options are present
This is to support debian installer on the MNT Pocket Reform which uses a high-dpi portrait display in landscape mode. The bootloader adds options to select a larger font and to rotate the framebuffer. Using bterm would ignore these options.

This is a draft as it has not yet received testing.
Please comment on if/how you would like to see this implemented. I'm posting it here for discussion and so that it does not (again) get forgotten by me.
