task-gnome-desktop: Remove additional Recommends

  • Stop installing synaptic ( Closes: #1079595)
  • Stop installing network-manager-gnome ( Closes: #1071383)

The other recommends were added directly to the gnome metapackage in 1:46+2

The Debian GNOME team explicitly removed synaptic for Debian 10 with 49ef3e52 (#878483) but it was brought back for Debian 11 after Debian Hard Freeze with 757a4199 (#983074). Sorry I didn't see the email then as I was less involved with the Debian 11 release.

In the future, I request that additions to task-gnome-desktop happen directly in the Debian GNOME metapackages (current source package name meta-gnome3 which builds gnome-core and gnome).
