The licensing notice in README.md refers only to LGPL-2.1, and not
LGPL-2.1+. We must include that notice in debian/copyright since that's
upstream's licensing statement, not the suggested statement inside the
LGPL-2.1 that upstream did not use.

Sice at the moment this is just a shell script it will not have
dependencies auto-detected. Instead add jq and udev as the known
dependencies (matching the spec file).
To be complete coreutils would also be a dependency, but that is
Essential and therefore not to be listed.
