Add Adoptium Temurin as possible JDK/JRE

Many companies don't use Oracle JDK/JRE anymore since their license change and switch to other JDKs/JREs for the LTS versions 8 and 11 like Adoptium, Coretto, etc.

This MR adds Adoptium Temurin to the list supported JVMs of ca-certificates-java like OpenJDK and Oracle.
