Backport LP: #2019908 copy java security file

Changes:

  • Regression: ca-certificates-java fail to install with openjdk-17

This is a backport of the fix for LP: #2019908. It can be used as an interim solution until we can apply fix for LP: #2003750.

Testing:

  • reproduced issue in sid chroot by installing openjdk-17
  • issue no longer reproducible using the patched package.
