Exclude tests that fail with openjdk-21

Pushkar Kulkarni requested to merge pushkarnk/classmate:fix-1053017 into master

Some tests fail when maven builds the project using jdk 21. These test failures are seen with the upstream repository too. This commit proposes we exclude the tests until the failures are addressed upstream.
