Patch Gradle 4.4.1 and prepare configuration for importing new releases

Julien Plissonneau Duquène requested to merge jpd/gradle:update-for-new-releases-import into master

Make a constructor of DefaultNativePlatform public instead of protected. This is needed for the build of newer libnative-platform-java.

Update d/watch and d/copyright for the import of new releases; change the source to tarballs from GitHub as some files are missing in the zip archives from services.gradle.org/distributions.
