Fix FTBFS by running tests in a specific order (Closes: #872935).

Note: Even if debian/pom.xml is generated by Leiningen, it might make sense to commit it to the git repository, so that one can try dpkg-buildpackage -b directly? (There's also no target in debian/rules to (re)generate it if it's missing…)
