kotlinx-metadata-* is missing

Required for the rebuild, it's present in the project list but its build.gradle.kts hasn't been converted to groovy. Note that metadata.jvm != kotlinx-metadata-jvm.

See below for the initial groovy attempt, but that currently only generates a source jar.
