Sebastian Spaeth requested to merge spaetz/zram-tools:mobian/master into packaging

Same things, split up in nice small patches. This removes the obsolete and non-working CORES feature, prevents multiple startups and changes the default size. It also fixes debian/control to report the correct default size (was wrong even before)
