Add comment to NEWS that default boot loader is grub2 (fixes #1013340)

This addresses bugs.debian.org/1013340 I don't know whether it's permissible to change previous NEWS entries. If not, this will have to be changed into a separate NEWS entry, but that would seem somewhat confusing.
