the BTS has automatically turned the ITP into a RFP

Please change the bug title in the BTS to ITP: ...

I usually do that with a mail to control@bugs.debian.org with something like this in the body:

owner XXXXX My Name <my.name@example.com>
retitle XXXXX ITP: ....
