Previously the default node name was hardcoded in the config file as node1.

dctrl-tools: after merging the dev packages check_header_deps was
dropped in 2.0.1~rc2-2 (7c66cacc).

libesmtp-dev, libsnmp-dev, libsensors-dev: upstream dropped SMTP and
SNMP support from crm_mon in Pacemaker 2 (1f737488, f24bdc6f)

Doc: Pacemaker Explained: Fix the node attributes expression table.

39d78f36 left the previous default in
the table, meaning we had a row with four columns, which ended up
shifting everything over by a column.  This is now fixed, the the
default column is so narrow that it's a little hard to read.

It doesn't matter too much, because this is all going away in favor of
new documentation soon.

High: xml: Revert to correct schema for alerts-3.5

Low: tools: match calloc() with free() in crm_resource

Commit bd451763

 mistakenly used alert-2.9 instead of alerts-2.10 as the
basis for alerts-3.5. This corrects that mistake.

Minor build changes before 2.0.5 release

Travis would succeed anyway, but this avoids unnecessary error messages.

... so we can use pkg-config to set configure option defaults

New "--with-fence-bindir" configure option (defaulting to sbindir) allows
specifying where RHCS-style fence agents are located. (This is mainly useful
for CI testing and nonstandard installs.)

While we're at it, rename the corresponding C constant according to current
style guidelines, and move the non-configurable RH_STONITH_PREFIX constant from
the configure script to the only file that uses it.

High: tools: "Connectivity is lost" may not be displayed even if the ping communication is lost.

Build: pkg-config: put all variables in pacemaker.pc

... to future-proof against the other .pc's going away.

Breaks without a version was always suspicious to Lintian, and I've got
no strong opinion on this specific case, so be it.

See 4bcf7eb for the reasoning behind the two renamed symbols which
weren't obviously internal: crm_config_error and crm_config_warning.
