Recommend firmware-ath9k-htc for its seperately-packaged free firmware

firmware-ath9k-htc is packaged seperately from firmware-free because it gets built from source, but as the flagship chipset for free wireless adapters does not need to be segregated from firmware-free. (Perhaps in the future I'll give the carl9170 firmware a shot too.)

Although the package is not looking good in unstable at the moment, I expect Paul Wise will sponsor my fixes shortly, as I'm adopting it: https://mentors.debian.net/package/open-ath9k-htc-firmware/
