Use local copy of debian_linux Python package instead of linux-support

  • Copy debian_linux package from src:linux
  • Add a script to do keep it updated
  • Use local copy of debian_linux Python package instead of linux-support
  • Update d/README.source and d/copyright accordingly

(This is basically the same as firmware-nonfree!116 (merged).)
