d/copyright: mediatek: Stop excluding '*_MT7961*_1a*.bin' and 'mt7996/*' files

Now that the Salsa CI artifact limitations have been raised, stop excluding various MediaTek firmware files.

It consists of the following commits:

  • d/copyright: mediatek: Stop excluding '_MT7961_1a*.bin' files
  • d/copyright: mediatek: Stop excluding 'mt7996/*' files

I also added an Update to linux-support-6.12.20 commit to make sure the pipeline works (and firmware-mediatek indeed now ships those files), but IIUC !116 (merged) is meant to get rid of that/such commits, so I'd be happy to drop that last commit.
