Update file patterns included and excluded

  • d/changelog: Clean up current entry
  • d/copyright: Exclude Intel ISH firmware as undistributable
  • d/copyright: Exclude tsse_firmware.bin, only used by OOT driver
  • realtek: Add rt1320 audio codec firmware

After this, check_upstream.py reports:

I: ath10k/QCA9377/hw1.0/firmware-5.bin: changed
I: atmel/wilc3000_wifi_firmware-1.bin is not included in any binary package

The wilc3000 driver isn't yet enabled in the Debian kernel config and I think that hardware is meant for smaller systems that Debian isn't suitable for. But I don't want to make a decision on it yet.
