misc-nonfree: Add Nvidia Ampere GA103/GA104/GA106/GA107 links

This MR is actually about the 2nd commit, but added another to make Salsa CI build again.

  1. Update to linux-support 6.5.0-5
  2. While the actual files for Nvidia Ampere GA103/GA104/GA106/GA107 were added to the misc-nonfree package, the links were not, so add them now.
