mkinitramfs: Last resort check of cryptoroot

Detect presence of an encrypted root and warn the user if the scripts from cryptsetup-initramfs are obviously missing. This is not supposed to enforce that package's installation but uses this last opportunity to detect potential misconfiguration and to make the admin aware of it.
