Improvements to find-recent-urgent for meeting agenda

Update the find-recent-urgent script to address some issues we've found over the last ~10 months of usage:

  • Default to Markdown output
  • Work around BTS mapping binary to multiple sources
  • Change bug table to a bulleted list, so the chair can add status summaries
