riscv64: fix module duplication detected by kernel-wedge starting with version 2.106

Since version 2.106, kernel-wedge checks for module duplication also with the kernel image. This causes a FTBFS on riscv64, which is already fixed in experimental. Just cherry-pick the corresponding commit.
