[arm64] Update rk3588 platform support

Based on the v6.12-rockchip-dts64-1 tag I ran my analysis script to check whether all the modules for the rk3588 SoC (platform) were enabled/available in the Debian kernel.

This does not include possible modules for rk3588 based devices. That should/could be done at a later stage f.e. when 6.12-rc1 is released which should have all changes from all trees.
