[amd64] Enable support for Motorcomm phys

Uwe Kleine-König requested to merge ukleinek/amd64-motorcomm into debian/latest

According to #1086955 this is needed for Tuxedo's InfinityBook Pro Intel Gen9.

I didn't find a hint about "YT6801" in the driver and the bug report was too sparse to verify this driver to be suitable. So I'm unsure this is the right thing to do. Confirmation welcome.
