[arm64] Enable modules for Qualcomm Chromebooks

This enables the drivers needed for Qualcomm Chromebooks, and adds them to the installer. Luckily most other things were enabled so it isn't too complicated. Tested on a Acer Chromebook Spin 513 ("Lazor") and Lenovo Chromebook Duet 5 ("Homestar").
