hyperv-daemons: Fix and install the sample network info scripts

• Make the hv_get_dhcp_info.sh script support Network Manager, systemd-networkd, and ifupdown
• Install hv_get_dhcp_info.sh and hv_get_dns_info.sh

This does not install hv_set_ifconfig.sh as further work will be needed to make it support systemd-networkd and ifupdown.
