[arm64] udeb: Add USB TYPE-C modules for usb-modules. Then enable MT6359_AUXADC and panel KD070FHFID015 for MediaTek devices

1. Extend the installer module lists based on initramfs' built with MODULES=dep on MT8195, MT8395, MT8188, MT8370, and MT8390 platforms. It supports MediaTek Genio EVK and related derivative boards.

  • https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1108597 => Update this change for TYPE-C modules required for booting in generic usb-modules.

2. Enable MT6359_AUXADC.

3. Enable DRM_PANEL_STARTEK_KD070FHFID015

4. Add Startek KD070FHFID015 to installer.

5. Please help to backport to 6.12.
