Cleanup for kernel-wedge

These changes to kernel-wedge:

  • Fix a couple of bugs in find-dups and copy-modules which could lead to broken packages, though they currently do not
  • Remove some features that are not used in src:linux
  • Rewrite copy-modules in Perl, combining find-deps with it

They should have no immediate effect on the output packages (verified on amd64). This is preparation for changing the way module udebs are enabled.
