[amd64] Enable Intel USBIO bridge driver and submodules

Enable the Intel USBIO bridge driver (added upstream in 6.18) together with its GPIO and I2C submodules. Needed for Intel IPU6-based cameras on Meteor Lake, Arrow Lake, Lunar Lake, and Panther Lake laptops. Replaces the older LJCA driver used on Tiger/Alder/Raptor Lake (already enabled).
