Improve package descriptions for most of the kernel packages

  • Correct the descriptions for linux-base, linux-base-di, and linux-binary-di packages

  • For linux-{binary,modules} packages, add a note that these don't provide a complete kernel installation.

  • For linux-binary-unsigned packages, add a note that the packages are only meant for use in building signed images.

  • Include both @upstreamversion@ and @longclass@ in the long descriptions for all the normal (non-udeb) packages.

  • Make the first lines of the descriptions more consistent
