[amd64] Enable Intel Platform Hardware Support Drivers

Enable five Intel platform hardware drivers as modules for modern Intel CPUs:

  • EDAC_IMH: Memory controller error detection for Diamond Rapids and future server platforms
  • VIDEO_LT6911UXE: HDMI to MIPI CSI-2 bridge for video capture with Intel IPU6/IPU7
  • I2C_ATR: I2C address translator for automotive/industrial camera systems
  • PPS_GENERATOR_TIO: Intel TGPIO precision timing signal generator (2019+ CPUs)
  • IWLMEI: Intel vPro wireless management (AMT over WiFi, Tiger Lake+)

All drivers are built as modules and harmless when the hardware is not present.
