Remove use of linux-compiler packages

Bastian Blank requested to merge waldi/remove-compiler into master

Turns out proper selection of a cross compiler needs to be fixed in the compiler packages itself. Defining our own foreign wrapper package might get us the wrong one. Let's drop those and use the packages of the same architecture again.
