[armel] Change NAND related stuff to modules 

Change MTD_CFI, MTD_JEDECPROBE, MTD_CFI_INTELEXT, MTD_CFI_AMDSTD,
and MTD_NAND MTD_NAND_ORION from built-in to modules (fixes FTBFS)
