AGREED: Bug table should be changed to a list, to allow adding comments easily.
NOTED: In Markdown output, `~` is not escaped but should be.
### Status on salsa for `riscv64` porter
NOTED: The debian/latest branch in linux is differently protected than the master branch was, so fewer members can push directly to it.
In particular @aurel32 cannot (but apparently did not yet request to revert this).
AGREED: Leave things unchanged unless a request is made.
