Switch to embedded libraries: nss, nspr, icu, hunspell, sqlite.

Versions in stretch aren't sufficient, switch to embedded libraries to
avoid having to backport a lot of packages. Those backports are mostly
trivial but that could have some undesired side-effects on other reverse
dependencies. Let's stick to self-sufficient thunderbird packages
instead.

Drop relevant packages from Build-Depends accordingly.
