Allow msmtp to talk to the Secret Service

I’m using msmtp with AppArmor, and it cannot connect to gnome-keyring unless I add this to the profile:

#include <abstractions/dbus-session-strict>

dbus send
     bus=session
     interface=org.freedesktop.Secret.Service,

This would fix #953891.
