The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Prepare version 1.16.x
This adds all necessary changes to build the new version 1.16.1. It also includes some copyright improvements and some lintian fixes.
The sources are still 1.15. The 1.16 source still has to be imported and a changelog to be generated.
