a description with only reflowed text should not be considered as changed/updated (and old translations should be automatically approved)

It would be beneficial if, when the only changes to an original English description are different line breaks, the description would not be considered changed and the translations would be automatically approved. Having to "retranslate" a lot of descriptions for nothing is really depressing. This of course does not apply for those description where split lines are indented and thus formatting is changed. Basically it would be nice if DDTP/DDTSS did not take line breaks into account.
