d/p/stats_prefix-Remove-test-failure-due-to-non-determin.patch: fix FTFBS on s390x

As discussed upstream s390x fails on having a different order in the test results. Upstream has a fix in the issue that makes it work again.

Can be dropped on the next upstream version as they have most likely merged it by then in one or another way.

The formerly failing build was the same in Ubuntu than what I've seen on Debian.

I have build results (of Ubuntu) with the fix applied at a PPA
