Trim trailing whitespace.
Use secure URI in Homepage field.
Bump debhelper from old 10 to 12.
Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Repository, Repository-Browse.
Rely on pre-initialized dpkg-architecture variables.
