Update for 8.6.0
I wanted to look at 8.6.0 in Ubuntu and if not a problem for your it would be best for me to get it to experimental. That would then allow me to check the recent further service changes as well as just applying some more testing after being distracted for a while. Then I could fully rebase onto something in the Debian-archive (until then I rebased onto salsa-git, but I can't use that for the final upload).
For the actual update it seems we only needed the usual bumps and one change in regard to the ci dashboard.
I pushed pristine-tar and upstream/lastest already as they were just the usual gbp import via uscan. Looks the same as all past releases.
A local built with sbuild in unstable worked for me - libvirt_8.6.0-1_amd64.build.
The CI seems to be somewhat ok as well (so far the fails do not seem related to the upload):
- The autpkgtest failed to start the system at all, I have restarted it for now to see if this reproduces, it does
-
symbols-file-contains-current-version-with-debian-revision on symbol LIBVIRT_ADMIN_8.6.0@LIBVIRT_ADMIN_8.6.0AFAICS is a false positive as well unless the check changed and we did something wrong all the time. - and the cross build fails on gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu dependencies
