Use dpkg triggers to restart daemon when installing configuration files and drivers

This builds upon the work done by @biebl in !162 (closed) and extends the use of dpkg triggers to driver installation.

I've tweaked Michael's commit slightly while retaining the original authorship information, hopefully that's okay with him.

I've only lightly tested the changes so far but everything seems to work exactly as expected.
