Notable changes: * merge debian/changelog entries; * drop a bunch of patches that were cherry-picked from upstream and are no longer needed after the rebase; * change debian-branch to debian/sid in debian/gbp.conf. Gbp-Dch: Ignore

A few commits were missing; moreover, merging all the work done in experimental means the git history is not exactly straighforward and it's good to have a solid starting point to build upon for subsequent updates. Gbp-Dch: Ignore

Both 5.5.0 and 5.6.0 introduce new symbols, but the former was never even imported into the packaging repository, let alone uploaded to Debian; 5.3.0 didn't introduce any new symbols.

Turns out socket activation for libvirtd actually works fine, and furthermore not having it enabled along with the default timeout for libvirtd now being 120 seconds results in clients no longer being able to use libvirt two short minutes after boot. This reverts commit b8e92da4.

This reduces the dependencies pulled into default installations. (Closes: #901940) We agreed to NOT make vbox<->xen mutually exclusive. But having them in separate packages still at least gives people affected by the following a chance to resolve it: - https://askubuntu.com/questions/1060001/problems-starting-libvirt-daemon-in-ubunti-18-04 - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1278847 - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/+bug/1784276
