Reproducible live image

Note: the pipeline fails, because I didn't extend the timeout to 2h yet. (I only noticed the rebuild of kali during the preparation of this MR)

All these scattered 'touch' calls look ugly. Couldnt this use something like

touch $ref -d @$SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
find -newer $ref -exec touch -d "@$SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH" '{}' ';'

just before the filesystem content is collected into a iso or squashfs.

Ok, I'll take a look, how the amount of touch commands can be reduced. In the mean time, I've released !210 (closed), which completes the timestamping of all files when 'lb build' (the smallest config) is issued.
