Support another boostrap tool: mmdebstrap

Steven Shiau requested to merge stevenshiau-guest/live-build:add-mmdebstrap into master

In addition to debootstrap, it would be great if we could have alternative choice for the bootstrap tool. The mmdebstrap can deal with more dependence features of dpkg. Hence please consider to accept this MR. Thank you very much.
