installer: Quick fix for sid

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus/live-build:rclobus/installer_apt_signature_quickfix into master

With the new version of apt (2.9.24) it is now required to add a 'Signed-By' statement. Before migrating from .list to .sources for the apt configuration, this makes the daily builds works again. Only d-i built with '--installer-origin git' are affected.
